AUTOMOTIVE
INDUSTRY : Analyzed EU Competition Law and
Distribution of Motor Vehicles / EC Regulation No.1475/95 and compared to “Turkish Competition
Law”. Renewed dealer and service chains of the importer
according to the new Competition Law and Consumer Protection Law.
Advised the automobile importer about warranty claims, production failure and Consumer
Protection Law. Translated
the importer and dealer
agreements, new and second hand car selling contracts from English and/or German
to Turkish and adapted to Turkish Law system. Planned,
negotiated, prepared and assisted extended warranty and roadside assistance
agreements between the automobile importer and the insurance company.
Software
INDUSTRY : Prepared, analyzed and planned
specific agreement between IT Consulting Firm and its Customer about software process improvement ,
using a model called CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated ). This
agreement is the first about CMMI Consulting in
Prepared and managed the project plan for producing a
specific method to prepare software agreements and tracking the software
project according to the agreement.
COMPANY : Planned and negotiated contracts and
settlements. Prepared the meetings and the agenda of
Executive Committee, General Assembly and Shareholders Committee. Joined Customer Relations Training in the company. Organized
and managed Commercial Law and Consumer Protection Law training to the
